Hotel Real Inn Tijuana

The rooms look much nicer in pictures than they do in person but overall the room was clean and ok. The phone in the room did not work so I had to make an international call to reception to request towels that they never brought up. Luckily there was a cleaning lady working on a room down the hall who was nice enough to give us the towels we needed. NOW there is the restaurant “Stock Cafe”… If food could shit food, they would serve it to you in a plate and charge you for it.. and not cheap either. It is shame what they are trying to pass off as Mexican food with the crappy, unseasoned, old tasting, and disgusting crap that they’re serving. They seriously need Gordon Ramsey to do a kitchen nightmares episode here!!!

The air conditioning wasn't cooling enough.

The waiters seem to lack enthusiasm; they serve you based on the customer, I think they're focused on the tip. The rooms need maintenance; there are noticeable problems with the bathrooms. The buffet is excellent, very good, and the bread is simply the best. Everything could be improved, and then it would truly be a five-star hotel.

I tend to travel once a month in Mexico, the USA, and Europe. I never leave bad reviews about hotels and restaurants. This is the first time in my 51 years that I've had a very bad experience at your restaurant. My family and I were treated very badly by the waiter and the manager. I don't recommend it. I've been fighting for a month to get the accounting department to send me the invoice for my accommodation, which was in the company's name, and they still haven't given me an answer. The customer service is terrible.

The hotel is very nice and the service is very good.
