The Hollow

Celebrated a birthday dinner. Food was great, service was fantastic (thanks Asher!), and ambience was on par as always. Music on a le le you can actually interact with the people at your table, and fun Halloween decorations and menu.

Kennedy is an amazing and attentive server. She has a great personality and is knowledgeable about the food being served.

Food was great and Kennedy our server was awesome.

I must say, The Hollow is one of the best and most unique restaurants in the Metro area. Kennedy, Casey, the entire wait staff, bartenders, and chiefs always provide exceptional service. The atmosphere, the food, and the service are impeccable from entrance to exit.

Kennedy was super sweet and helpful!! Great food and great service! I had the breakfast hash bowl and loved it.

Michael did a great job, Very attentive!

Top shelf restaurant! Mia was a superb server!

Very cool spot if looking for something new and different for dinner! Vast menu with plenty of unique meat offerings and a great cocktail list. Todd our server was very helpful in explaining the menu items and was extremely attentive. Cleared plates quickly, checked in often and refilled our drinks before we even realized we were low. Great dinner all around!

We did not know what to expect, since most the items on the menu were new to us. We decided on the elk & mushroom risotto, and the duck perogi. Food was cooked perfectly, the carrots were slightly firm but still delicious. Our server Mia was super friendly. We would definitely return!

We’ve been to The Hollow several times, and it’s always been delicious! The seasonal charcuterie board is a must, the elk filet and venison Wellington are amazing, and the seasonal wild game is always worth trying. This fall they have kangaroo and wild boar, both of which are phenomenal. Todd was our server and was a delight!
