Ramon, my case manager, has neglected me for months. I reported him by calling and leaving voice mail with his boss who never returned my call. There are no checks and balances here. Do not waste your time for services here. Get your services elsewhere.

The staff is amazing the atmosphere glows with love and support I had an especially great experience with the dental hygienist Dave he's very personable positive and professional.
They're a really good place and resource
I will start with the pros. The staff are very friendly which I really appreciate. Sadly there are a few cons that need to be listed. As a person with disabilities I felt that I wasn’t given enough of a chance when looking into volunteering, they basically just said that it would be too difficult at this time and I was never asked about Feedback as to how they could make it more accessible in the future. I also felt that communication was quite spotty and I really wish that I could’ve given more feedback and was disappointed when I wasn’t given that opportunity. I would hope whether it’s employment or volunteering in the future that persons with disabilities are given chance to give feedback as it’s important to have a voice.
