Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fresno River Park

Wonderful stay! The Inn was incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everything was comfortable and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

Great hotel, comfortable rooms, excellent service. But, the EV chargers do not work!

Location, parking and staff are awesome. Breakfast is decent. Room keys need updating because it’s so frustrating to go into your room and find your keys not working 50% of the time. We were here for 6 days and if you have to change your room keys 2x-3x a day. It gets frustrating.

There are BED BUGS at room 314. I woke up to several bites all over my arms and legs and it progressively got worse through out my stay even though I replaced my bed sheets. A few other people complained about the same thing so it’s not just me. I also had issues with the key cards not working because they are very sensitive if you place them around phones. The elevators were insanely slow and the buttons would not work one day. The only thing I enjoyed was the complimentary water they have at the lobby which was nice and convenient. I honestly expected so much better for a Holiday Inn but at least there are plenty of other hotels in the area that are similar priced.

$250 for the night and the room had problems after another. And please turn off the annoying music

Nice hotel, service was good. We will stay again when we come back

I checked in on Thursday, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, which caused me significant back pain during my stay. On top of that, my license plate was stolen while I was at the property, which added a lot of stress and frustration to my visit. I expected a safe and comfortable stay, but instead I left with a negative experience. I would appreciate it if management could look into this matter and address both the condition of the room and the security concerns regarding the stolen license plate.
