Fresno Inclusive & The Queer Collective

This is truly a clinic designed to provide exceptional care for our LGTBQ+ and the community. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The space itself is very clean and inclusive. My family got the pleasure of meeting Dr. Finnian Steele. They were extremely helpful and supportive regarding my son’s care. Dr. Finnian Steele spent close to 1hr talking to our family and addressing our child’s concerns. That is the most time we have ever gotten from a Dr.

As soon as you walk in, you know you're in an inclusive space. Fresno inclusive was a safe and welcoming space the moment I walked in. I love it here!

The staff is really friendly and responsive. Dr. Nicole is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. There's also refreshments in the lobby to ensure patient are comfortable.

Im a new patient today was my first time here and I'm just soo happy to have found them. Arriving there your instantly welcomed into the coziest front office area I had ever seen and you instantly feel safe as a queer person upon entering with their decor you can tell they are allies but actually talking to Dr Nicole you feel not only safe but supported. I even teared up during our initial meeting because I was remembering being with kaiser and feeling like the Dr's taking care of me didnt want to because I was obviously queer presenting and you just feel like if you were straight presenting maybe they would've treated you better. I know that buy being a patient here I won't ever have those feelings because they are a family there and they treated as family on day 1!!! How lucky i was to find them

Upon entry, I was a bit nervous for the appointment I had. As I walked in to Fresno inclusive I was greeted and checked in. For me, it was a first in a healthcare setting that my pronouns and name were respected and remembered. I got to wear new pants that made me feel basically covered. Honestly it all felt very safe. It was a refreshing feeling. Before I realized, my nerves had gone away and everything went great! It was pretty special to feel seen, this place did that for me.

I couldn't really get my questions answered when it came to my insurance or scheduling. They told me to call back later as they were completely full up, the lady who's supposed to be taking questions about insurance when you press two was extremely rude and didn't like that I hung up my phone when it felt like our conversation was done yesterday. They said they'll work with Kern family but not except a referral from my primary therapist.

This is healthcare, the way it should be. Dr. Nicole and the staff are wonderful humans!
