Pride Houston 365

Pride Houston 365 is the nonprofit that produces Houston's official annual Pride festival and parade, the largest LGBTQ+ event in the region, along with year-round programming. The parade and festival moved from Montrose to downtown, around City Hall, in 2015. Montrose remains the city's gay neighbourhood and is where most bars hold their own Pride-weekend parties. The festival usually takes place in June, but dates, route and ticketing are confirmed each year, so check the organisation's announcements before planning a trip around it. Houston summer heat is intense; bring water and shade for daytime events.
