The hotel is fine for a few nights, but it's far from the city center, so you'll need a car or some other form of transportation to get around. If you're interested in the casino, it's okay. I especially appreciated the excellent service from the bar staff; they were incredibly friendly.

I would like to share a concern about my experience at Harrah’s Kansas City. While playing at a table game, I stepped away from the table and used my vape a short distance away because other dealers had previously told me that was acceptable as long as I was away from the table. One dealer informed me that vaping was not allowed in that area. I respectfully explained that I had been told differently before and simply asked if a manager could clarify the rule so I could follow the casino’s policy correctly. Instead of receiving a professional explanation, the interaction became uncomfortable. The dealer challenged me by asking if I wanted to bet $100 that I was wrong. When the manager, Josh, arrived, his attitude felt unnecessarily aggressive and dismissive. Rather than calmly explaining the policy, he spoke in a way that made me feel unwelcome and as though he was looking for a confrontation. I had no intention of arguing and only wanted clarification so I could comply with the rules. I fully respect casino policies and would have gladly accepted a simple explanation. Instead, I felt that I was treated as a problem simply for asking a question and seeking clarification. My concern is not the rule itself, but the manner in which I was treated by both the dealer and Manager Josh. A simple, respectful explanation would have resolved the situation immediately. I hope this feedback can be used to improve customer service and ensure guests are treated respectfully when asking questions. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Service from some manager in this casino is so bad , they are so rude to custumer without reason maybe just because they get paid from this big casino and no one check on them and they dont care to be nice with any request, I can say Josh the manager who stays first floor to the table machine where people plays agains dealer is so rude, if you have any issue he will respond agressive to custumers same some dealers it seems that they know that no one checks on them and its not their buisness so they be rude to everyone, but some other people like Jimmy who works as a dealer on tables machine he is amazin person , like people must be like him, we are coming there to spent some money and have fun so why not to take it easy and make some fun, also guys who work second floor in poker room are amazing and freindly and they give very good service, but this kind of Josh i dont know what he did for buisness but he is so weak person like he is that kind of person when he has power wants to tell athority and it seems no one checks on him but his seevice is very very bad, for me the biggest position he can be with that kind of attitude is a dishwasher.

I had an amazing experience at Harrah's! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, the atmosphere was exciting, and everything was clean and well organized. The gaming selection was excellent, and I had an unforgettable night. I ended up winning $7,200, which made the experience even more incredible! Whether you're there for the casino, food, or entertainment, Harrah's delivers a first-class experience. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and exciting time!
