I recently stayed at the Sheraton Downtown Kansas City, and after finishing my morning workout, I was looking for a great place nearby to grab breakfast. That’s when I had the pleasure of meeting Tiffany at the front desk. From the moment she greeted me, her professionalism and kindness immediately stood out. What made the experience so memorable wasn’t just her excellent breakfast recommendations it was the way she genuinely cared. Tiffany didn’t treat me like just another hotel guest; she treated me with the warmth and hospitality of someone welcoming family into their home. In a world where exceptional customer service can be hard to find, she was truly a breath of fresh air. The Sheraton is incredibly lucky to have someone like Tiffany representing their hotel. She turned an ordinary morning into a memorable experience, and honestly, they should do everything they can to make sure she never leaves. She was absolutely amazing.
