WoodSpring Suites East Lansing - University Area
Many guests praise the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness, and convenient location, with some noting the kitchenettes and good value. However, a significant number of reviewers report issues with reservations being oversold or canceled, and dissatisfaction with the basic "kitchenette" amenities not including essential items like dishes or cookware, which sometimes require additional purchase.

Great customer service and suites are nice .
Very friendly and always there to help and love it. Would recommend family and friends
This is my first time on a vacation to USA. Turns into a perfect start. This room has great interiors and cool hallways. And the room itself is also cool and pretty fancy, the floor is clean. The beds are comfortable, along with the blanket. The bathroom is also clean, and the bathtub too. The AC has a heater that actually works and does well during winter. The TV has apps and channels to watch with. There’s also a laundry and fitness room. Definitely the best stay hotel. Stayed here for a week.
They canceled last minute (4 days before my travel) to a booking made months ago. This totally ruined my plans. Will advise everyone to stay away.
Very safe area. I was amazed at how clean everything looked and smelled. Shout out to Shalini at the front desk. Shes the sweetest person and a 5 star employee!!!!!!
Had to talk to a huge tablet to check in and I couldn’t get service for towels and other appliances due to it being a weird virtual hotel
Staff was amazing and so helpful. Love the suites rather than a normal hotel and super awesome I cab have my dog there. Highly recommended!!
