Luis, Claudia, Rodrigo. So wonderful and attentive. The servers also so knowledgeable at the bar and restaurant. Truly, the service is unlike any other. Then there’s the elevated rooms and live music. Like I said— amazing! Can’t wait to come back.

I was there last Friday night, I got invited to this place by a friend! The place is amazing inside and out!!! Very beautiful and the staff polite and Friendly! The 3 mins conversation I had with the Valet cashier was friendly, welcoming, She was very attentive and nice! I don't remember her name I think started with a K.

I paid the hotel through booking.com in advance. Hotel is refusing to issue an invoice although we called booking.com together and customer service was telling them to issue the invoice. They did not provide invoice for room rates and offered me to upgrade my room for remaining 5 hours of my stay. Desk manager was strictly rejecting to give invoice.
