この場所について Ty's

Ty's has been pouring drinks at 114 Christopher Street in the West Village since 1972. It is a small, plain neighbourhood gay bar with wood tables, sports on the TV, a bulletin board covered in flyers, and bartenders who chat. The crowd is mostly 30-plus and often bearish, in T-shirts, jeans and caps. It opens daily at 14:00 and stays open until 04:00 on Fridays and Saturdays. Afternoons are quiet, and evenings fill up with regulars. Stonewall is a two-minute walk away.

The old-school West Village charm and lively but comfortable vibe make it perfect for a relaxed night out. Drinks are strong and reasonably priced, and the crowd was fun and friendly. Service was quick and welcoming. It got busier later but was still enjoyable. About $10-20 per person. A reliable classic in the Village.
