Hotel Zoso

Quick one night stay on the way to universal studios. This hotel makes you smile from the moment you get out of the car and hear the music. The staff and everyone you encounter is kind and full of joy!

Great hotel!! Friendly staff- shout out to Sam and the rest of the valets. Clean room, great pool area, fun drag bingo. Also, the location of the hotel is in the heart of downtown so it’s so awesome and walkable. Thank you hotel Zoso! We had an amazing weekend getaway :)

Dirty recommding no more bear events terrible way overpriced for people . We had our honeymoon my hus-bear and I very sad. We thought this was a gay friendly hotel. But wrong. Avoid avoid

The hotel itself has a fantastic location. The stay itself was very good. However, unauthorized charges were subsequently debited from the credit card on file. No one seems to be taking responsibility. Unacceptable.

Just stayed here for my birthday weekend with friends and had a great time. The staff was lovely and it's right in the heart of Palm Springs walking distance to everything . Will definitely be coming back again and again.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. One of the reasons we chose your property was to enjoy the pool. We were informed that the pool area opened at 9:00 a.m. and that guests should not reserve lounge chairs before that time. We respected those rules and arrived when the pool officially opened, expecting everyone else would be doing the same. Unfortunately, when we arrived, many of the best chairs had already been “reserved” with towels and personal belongings. We later learned that guests had been entering the pool area as early as 7:00 a.m. to claim chairs, despite the stated opening time. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Guests who followed the rules were put at a disadvantage, while those who ignored them were rewarded. We all pay the same to stay at your hotel, and it is only fair that hotel policies are enforced consistently for everyone. Had staff been monitoring the pool area before opening or removing items placed on chairs before the designated time, this situation could have been avoided. Instead, it created an unfair experience that diminished our enjoyment of what should have been a relaxing part of our vacation. I hope you will review how the pool opening policy is enforced so that future guests who follow the rules are not penalized. Consistent enforcement would help ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone. Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns. I would appreciate hearing what steps the hotel plans to take to address this issue.

The hotel was lovely and the cool artwork around was a nice touch. Location was great and next to the bars. Gym was small but nice.

Great room by the pool. Walking distance to all amenities, food, clubs, etc.

I stayed on an off night but I can tell this would be one hopping hotel!!!! I hope my next trip is on a weekend!!!
