Showers could be better rooms could be nicer and they should have some kind of live dj or something

1st time ever being here or any bath house at all ,didn't know what what to expect or see. Was met at check in by a very nice and understanding man who explained the rules and even asked if I sure I wanted to come in.After changing used decent shower and used the jacuzzi and pool . Was made to feel welcomed and relaxed . I would definitely make this a weekly stop

My husband and I are so happy to see all of the renovations and improvements happening at Flex Spas! Every time we’ve visited, we’ve had an amazing experience. The staff are always friendly, attentive, and never hesitate to step away to help if you need anything. The pool is consistently clean and inviting, and the hot tub is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The manager is incredibly kind, welcoming, and truly cares about making every guest feel at home. We always look forward to coming back and can’t wait to see everything they continue to do with the place. Highly recommend!

First time and I hate it.....waste of money. Paid $85 for 8.hours and the place was empty, only 3 old guys the whole night.

It was a Tuesday not a weekend and around 5:00 PM when I tried to enter. I was initially quoted a price of $10, but when I went to pay, the price changed to $21! Why act this way? I used to be a regular at this place . I advise everyone to double check the amount when making a payment.

Very Small Facility and almost zero traffic flow.

The attendant took my virtual id. The people were professional and discreet. Fun was had by all that went with me. Great place for fun and frivolity

Last year I was assaulted here by my ex. I got banned as a result of that. I have tried to come multiple times to speak with the manager Ronnie in person and through the phone and he won't see. I like coming here and would like the opportunity to return. I'm sober and living a different lifestyle. I want to be a regular customer.
