Admiral's Landing

Stayed in the lovely Admiral's Landing once again. We've been coming here for years and as always, David was the consummate host for our stay at this Provincetown institution. A warm, friendly, relaxed atmosphere conveniently located in a beautifully appointed heritage building. It's always a treat to visit P-town and the staff at AL and we look forward to many more stays.

Admiral’s Landing is a treasure of a place to stay in Provincetown. David, the innkeeper, creates a welcoming and inviting space. The rooms are comfortable and charming. I love the location — everything is available within a short walk. Highly recommend the Landing for your visit to PTown!

We stayed in the Waves Penthouse. It was a very nice room. Clean. Loved the jetted tub and the heated towel rack. The radiant floor in the bathroom was awesome. David was wonderful to deal with. Very accommodating. Breakfast was brought up to the room in a basket and was left on a really cute compass table.

This property makes for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of the attractions, dining, bars and shops. David made our experience even better by providing a helpful overview of Provincetown, complete with recommendations and a map, and made us feel genuinely welcomed at check-in. Don’t miss the daily baked good, they’re absolutely delicious! Looking forward to the next stay here!

My wife and I love this place! The rooms are beautiful and its within walking distance of everything. Breakfast was delivered to our room each morning with an amazing homemade pastry. David and John are very attentive and make you feel like family!

We had a fantastic stay at Admirals Landing. It was a perfect location. It has ample parking. John and David were very warm and welcoming.

Rooms clean and in good repair; host is friendly and helped with bag on arrival. Housekeeping service needs to be requested day by day, but the quality of the cleaning is excellent. Focus on efficiency and automated service requests; the QR codes for ordering breakfast are make less work for management and the Keurig coffee pods won't spoil but compared to years past at this location and other B&Bs in Provincetown, there has been a loss in personal service and shared hospitality. Maybe I'm just a lost romanticist, but I do remember the shared breakfast, host serving hot dishes on a large table, comeraderie among guests. The web sites allows customers to view individual room availability.

Admiral's Landing is just such a cute spot, and has such a fantastic location. David is an amazing host and is SUPER informative; helped us feel welcome and happy during our long weekend in Ptown. The rooms are adorable, and the hot tub in our room was out of this world. We will absolutely be back here next time we're in town!

One of our best B&B experiences ever. Room was immaculate and gorgeous, had everything we needed. Delicious breakfast with fresh baked goods are quietly delivered to your room each morning. There’s a lovely garden patio, perfect for hanging out. David was a gracious host and eager to make our stay fantastic and it was.

What a great find! Booking was super easy and we felt welcome from the minute we arrived to the minute we left! The location is awesome, the room was cozy, clean and the decor was so lovely! We will definitely be back to enjoy time at the inn, breakfast delivered to the room, the beach down at the end of the street and all the fun things to do in the area - can't wait!

An absolutely magical little B&B! Our host, David, was very inviting and couldn't have made the late check-in process any easier. The breakfast basket delivered to our door was my absolute favorite touch. We can't wait to stay again!
