Best Western Garden Inn

Checked into to the hotel At Santa Rosa, because I was visiting and Had one guest in my room And They called and said that I was having too much traffic in my room, and they don’t allow that much traffic, so if you’re Visiting family or friends and looking for a hotel, don’t come here I am a best Western member and I’ve never experienced this ever

Nice clean hotel very nice grounds. The spa is really nice all by itself self. The only reason for 4 stars is because there’s no free breakfast other then that it’s really nice

My stay at this busy property was planned given it's close proximity to the highway. The desk clerk was friendly, gave me a good tip for dinner, and I was given a small, comfortable, convenient drive-up "garden" room whose sliding door opened to a pretty central courtyard. Sometime during the night, though, the WiFi dropped out. My read of the wireless messages suggested this was an amateur-night setup; as important as WiFi is to me, issues like this are unacceptable. It didn't help that nothing on offer at the breakfast gazebo seemed worth eating.

NIGHT ATTENDANT IS VERY RUDE!!!

Front desk ladies were great; very nice and always available. Some rooms must be nicer than others. Mine was ok but nothing outstanding. Stayed here twice in 102 and 106. I could hear road noise and it sounded like trash bins were noisily picked up almost every morning. Shower was a stall shower only, water was always warm but not very hot. They have a cafe that is open in the morning so no complimentary breakfast. There is only one washer and dryer and many construction workers at this hotel during the week so they are usually in use. The ice machines were frequently out of ice. No restaurants nearby but there is a subway across the street.

My favorite place when visiting Santa Rosa

Ive stayed here like 4 times...pet friendly, nice hot tub, enclosed pet area. I could not get card to work for gated pool. Rooms could use remodel like wood floor instead of carpet but they're spacious rooms and staff is sweet and accommodating. There is a Cafe on site for breakfast.
