Flamingo Resort & Spa (Tapestry Collection by Hilton)

Great resort. The service was outstanding. Our event was well hosted, arrangements were easy Our room (300 building) was very nice. Well appointed, cheerful, great bathroom. Comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

I didn't stay at the Flamingo, but I live nearby, play tennis there, and have drinks at the bar. I really like the location and the building's architecture (mid-century modern, very cool). Goodbye, Chad

Cant speak on the rooms or the pool. I went there to dance like no one was watching. Cover wasn't to bad. Bar inside. Smallish on the overall size, but good sound and good vibe. I'd go back for sure

8/31 Update to 3 Stars: The morning of, the spa front desk attendant called me back and was fantastic. She handled the pool passes herself with no hassle. The massages themselves were excellent, 10 out of 10 for the deep tissue treatments. Checkout, unfortunately, was another odd moment. The attendant announced our total cost out loud, in front of my partner, for what was supposed to be his birthday gift, then asked if I wanted to add on top of the 20% gratuity already included. No printed bill to review or sign, just a verbal tally and an upsell in a quiet spa lobby. It felt tone-deaf for a resort charging these prices, and staff shouldn't have to fish for extra tips on top of a built-in 20%. Mixed bag overall. The massages and the morning save were genuinely great. The phone experience and the checkout moment were not. 8/29 Review: I have two 80-minute deep tissue massages booked today as a birthday gift for my partner, $500+ for the treatments alone, and unfortunately my first experience with this Hotel &Spa has been disappointing before we’ve even arrived. For two days, I repeatedly tried to call to add pool passes to our reservation, but both the spa line and main hotel line gave me a busy signal. I finally reached the front desk around 7 PM last night, after the spa had closed. When I explained the phone issue, the response was surprisingly defensive. I was told there was nothing wrong with the phones rather than simply acknowledging that I’d been unable to get through. When I asked if she could add the pool passes while I had her on the phone, I was instead directed to the website and she declined to book them for me, wow, condescendingly mansplaining how to do it on the website. I was genuinely excited to make a special day of this and was prepared to spend more while we’re there. Instead, I was made to feel like an inconvenience for asking for help. For a property charging luxury-level prices, the level of hospitality so far simply hasn’t matched the price point and I’ll definitely think twice about where I book spa services in the future. I wish I didn’t have to spend my money there today but canceling at this point Wood results in penalty fees. Even though I’ve been calling since early Friday morning.

I reserved rooms for my entire family the last weekend in August. The staff made us feel welcomed and valued. Top-notch food, drinks, and service in the restaurant. Super clean rooms -- everything worked as it should. Beautiful pool for the whole family to enjoy. (Shallow area for the little ones.) Right next to the spa , where my daughter had a terrific massage, is a lap swimming pool. Everyone had a great time and wants to make a weekend at the Flamingo an annual tradition!
