Absolutely amazing experience at Chicago Paulie’s in Tampa! Paulie was great professional, friendly, and made sure i was taken care of. Paulie was such a nice guy as well, very welcoming and genuinely cares about his customers. Great food, great service, and even better people. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Definitely one of the best spots in Tampa. 10/10—highly recommend Chicago Paulie’s!

I heard about Paulie’s from Carmen on the Mike Calta show awhile back. Driven past it a thousand times and never noticed it being there. Hey…if I’m anywhere near there during the times he’s open.. Ima stop. Great dogs,killer sandwiches,,even better service! What’s not to like? Try it ,you won’t be disappointed

Boyfriend and I drove by the other day and decided to stop in today…best decision ever!!! We got two Chicago dogs and a large Italian beef sandwich, and everything was so delicious. You HAVE to get the beef sandwich—everything about it was perfect, and I probably could have finished it all by myself because it was just THAT good. By far the best beef sandwich. It was our first time trying Chicago-style dogs and we were big fans. Service was extraordinary, and I really enjoyed talking with Paulie while I waited. Just overall great genuine people and even greater food❤️

Hands down the best Dog and Polish Sausage in Tampa! The Beef sandwich is also to die for. I wish he was open longer during the day. Give it a shot, he won’t let you down!

It looks like it is Located in an abandoned gas station, but it's a hidden gem if you love a " real Chicago Dog" made by someone from Chicago who actually knows. The Chicago Dog had perfect snap, a steamed poppy seed bun, and all the classic toppings done right. The Italian Beef was outstanding — tender, juicy beef soaked in rich jus with hot giardiniera and peppers on a soft roll. Messy, flavorful, and totally addictive. The trick is that if they sell out, they close early 🇮🇹🌭
