Everything is excellent here at the Acajou restaurant. All the waiters are professional, especially Abdelaali.

The buffet varied considerably, and Abdelilah, the breakfast attendant, was very kind and provided impeccable service.

Initially, upon entering the hotel, you'll find the lobby very large and tidy. The reception staff are respectful and extremely helpful. The valet and luggage staff are friendly. The room is spacious, and the furniture is nice and well-arranged, but the sink and shower are located next to the bed, which is cramped, restricts movement, and is impractical. We booked a room overlooking the street, but unfortunately, the noise from cars was unexpected. The pool and gym are adequate. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the old city, important streets, and shops. However, the room service lacks professionalism. They clean the room but don't provide towels, water, or cleaning supplies like brushes. Cups, coffee and tea bags, and towels are insufficient in the room; you have to ask reception to send them. This makes it unlikely that we will stay here again.

Second stay at the Barceló Anfa: Despite my work commitments, I thoroughly enjoyed the room service, and especially the attentiveness and attention to detail shown by Moussa and Oussama. Their professionalism made this stay even more enjoyable!
