Clean, welcoming space, well located, and the staff were very pleasant.

We had a problem with the reservation and didn't get to stay at this accommodation, but Dona Helena was absolutely extraordinary. She immediately arranged an excellent alternative nearby. We were received with great affection, we were treated to breakfast where we shared stories and conversations that we will cherish forever. We take with us a very beautiful human experience. Like so many that we experienced in São Tomé and that we will keep forever in our hearts. Thank you Dona Helena for your hospitality and generosity. Rita and Tiago

A great hotel with atmosphere and soul. Comfortable beds, good air conditioning, decent breakfasts, and a location that couldn't be better. Plus, the staff is incredibly friendly.

Hotel well located in the city center. The staff were decent and motivated. I spent a week there. Not bad when you're in São Tomé for work. The downside: the owner is completely rude to guests... Be wary of her.

It's a decent place, in the city center, quick access to the marginal and convince stores, restaurants and bars. For the country standards it's fine. Bit pricey for what you get, but I learned that is a general rule for the country
