Earth & Ember at Luma was such a memorable dining experience. 🌿🔥 Beautiful food, creative flavours and so much attention to detail in every dish. Loved how the chef came out personally to explain the story behind the dishes and deliver them to the table it made the whole experience feel that much more special. A special thanks to Jonas for the incredible service. He was warm, attentive and looked after us so well throughout the evening. 🙌🏽 Great food, great storytelling and even better hospitality. Fantastic food and outstanding service! Jonas and Sheldon were incredible, so friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. You can tell they work extremely hard to give the best service possible. Highly recommend, we’ll definitely be back!

Set inside the beautiful Playford Hotel, the elegant décor creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food at Luma Restaurant & Bar was excellent, with every dish beautifully presented and full of flavour. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. A wonderful experience from start to finish.

Excellent atmosphere

We had the Earth & Ember menu, and it only cost us $145 per person for all of these amazing dishes. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was wonderful, the staff were fantastic, and every dish came with its own story. I’ve dined at many restaurants in Sydney that cost over $200 per person, and very few come close to this place. A big round of applause to the chefs and the waitstaff for such an incredible dining experience!

Service was very seamless too, when checking how good and drinks were going. They provided so much detail about their dishes and their sustainability. The ambiance was lovely, they had a live singer who was phenomenal. 🍽️ Food & Drinks - the entree wasn’t my favourite and nor was the garfish sadly but the chicken was SO good!!! 🤍 Overall Impression - I enjoyed my time but can’t wait to explore more of adelaide!! - Anet xoxo

Something a little different, more private

Excellent service, food, and atmosphere from start to finish. From the warm greeting at the door to the moment we left, every team member made us feel welcome and looked after. The food was outstanding, and it was a fantastic touch to have the chef personally come to our table to finish plating and present the dishes. Highly recommended!
