Asian guy at the counter incredibly rude - when i asked for advice he just shrugged his shoulders- i had hoped with change of management this would improve but im taking business else where from now on

Great location but the service is terrible. I went there twice to try to have a better experience but unfortunately the attendant was the same as the first I went there. The guy is rude and not helpful. He doesn’t need to ask question about what I’m buying and for what I’m gonna use. Completely rude and unprofessional. I won’t recommend this place for the bad experience. He needs to be profissional and respectful. I won’t go back to a place where I’m not welcome. Wednesday 12/02 22:15

This place is great, the staff is super nice and helpful especially Aidan and Daniel. They are always recommending their favorites and pointing me in the right direction. Great place to shop!

What an absolute disaster this place has become. Now opens 8am daily but cleaner has all lights on till 10am. Now they have removed douching facilities. Avoid this place. Go to Bunker instead.

I went there on a tuesday morning and I was attended by the short tattooed guy. He was very rude, when I wanted to buy some things he didn’t listen to me bc he was using headphones. Later I asked for a bag and he started to say that he only had two hands and treated me like I was dumb and if I liked to walk with the things I bought thru the syd streets was my problem. I would never go back to this place again.

David has been a great assistance to us! Very knowledgeable and entertaining:)

Rude staff, short assistant with tattoos sarcasticly shouted "merry Christmas" as I left in disbelief

The tattooed guy in the front desk is the rudest shop assistant I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with .

I had a lovely chat with the clerk last time I visited. He couldn’t believe I was 52 and shared a pic with his girlfriend. His tips about where to go in Sydney were invaluable. The place is definitely a Hotspot for those looking for something beyond the adult toys.

Please find a better place to shop. The tattooed guy was Super rude! Unwelcoming from the moment we stepped in. So rude I couldn’t make up my mind to even browse the shop. So I said ‘Thank you’ and left just to prove myself that I am kind no matter what. I was yelled at as a response… ‘What for’!
