This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at in Guangzhou. The environment and service are top-notch. The staff are incredibly polite and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms are large, clean, and fully equipped. There are different pillow options, and you can also choose the firmness of the mattress. The location is excellent, making it convenient to go anywhere. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
The staff were all smiles, friendly and polite, and the environment was clean and elegant. However, there was a strong smell of smoke outside the room. I was staying on the third floor, a non-smoking floor, and it felt like the smoke was drifting up from the second floor, a smoking floor.
