Hotel Windsor

Hotel Windsor has been on Exhibition Road since 2000, according to its own site. It has 79 rooms on four floors, the Bell Pepper rooftop restaurant and a banquet hall. It's a plain, central mid-range choice about a kilometre from Patna Junction and the bus stand, with Gandhi Maidan close by. It's a common pick for business travellers who want to be in the centre. Bihar is a dry state, so there's no alcohol. Mainstream hotel, not a gay venue.
