Cottonwood Boutique Heritage Otten

Good place to stay as its a little outskirt from the busy roads of Braga etc..but to go everywhere is 👍. Love the rokm space, boutique style of calm, classy ambience yet still have the local surroundings. The small cafe attached to the hotel is convenient when u're too tired to go out. A must repeat⚘️

I had an awful experience staying here for two nights in a row, especially as someone with sinus allergies and asthma. The room I got felt dirty, smelled musty, and had very poor air circulation. My sinus allergy flared up badly during the stay. I could barely sleep, my eyes became swollen, itchy, and uncomfortable throughout the night. Unfortunately, due to the long holiday period, I wasn’t able to switch to another room as the hotel was fully booked. The bathroom was also not very clean. Overall, I think there are many other budget hotels in Bandung that offer a much better and more comfortable stay than this.

The room is really nice... Clean, fragrant, complete kitchen equipment, there is a jacuzzi too... Basically the best... I really feel at home and don't want to go home

I forgot something, even though it was just a phone charger. But I immediately let you know. Luckily, I was still in Bandung, hehe.

The place is really nice, just like the photos. The service is excellent. The price is really worth it for the facilities provided. The staff is also friendly.

The rooms are smaller than the pictures might lead you to thinking, but cozy, clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The Soto Lamongan from the kitchen is very good.

A nice and clean hotel, strategically located near the toll road. The rooms are also attractive. I took a family room, which was very spacious and included a refrigerator and water dispenser.

The room is clean and the receptionist is friendly.
