R48 Hotel & Garden

The R48 hotel is one of the very best hotels I have ever stayed at. I have traveled the world and have stayed at Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton's along the way and this is every bit as good if not better. There are only 11 units. The rooms are impeccable in every way. Every amenity is provided in the room. The rooms and hotel are an architectural masterpiece. From the all glass elevator to the mood lighting in the room to the floor to ceiling glass walls throughout the rooms, electric curtains operated bedside from and iPad device which controls the lighting, air and curtains. Each night, they turn down the rooms with delicious Cognac, fresh fruit, flowers, chocolates, mood lighting and soft music. The service is unparalleled. The breakfast is spectacular. Breads, cheeses, fruit cups, jams, fresh pressed vegetable juice and delicious coffee is served before you even order from the menu. The items on the menu are prepared in an open air kitchen by outstanding chef's while being waited on hand and foot by the nicest staff you can imaging. Truly a marvel of a hotel which has only been open for 3 months. I can not recommend a hotel any higher than the R48. I was left speechless at my stay and will most definitely being staying here again if I make it back to Tel Aviv.
