Royal Beach Tel Aviv

The staff is very nice and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast is just amazing. The problem is that the pool is in the shade and there is a very strong wind there. In addition, there is construction work right next to the hotel and there is noise from trucks. It is really a shame.

Exceptional service

On Saturday 26 September I contacted the hotel and Hotels.com to cancel my reservation because of a medical appointment for my elderly grandmother. I sent proof of the doctor's visit to Hotels.com. I was told four separate times that my case was being looked into and that I would get a reply. I never received one, from either side. The hotel did not answer at all. Hotels.com pointed to the hotel. Each blamed the other and I was passed back and forth. If the request had been declined at the start, I would have respected that. Instead, repeated promises of a reply left me waiting until the last minute, and I had to make other arrangements myself to avoid losing a large sum of money. At reception, staff again pointed to Expedia. For a five-star hotel, I expected someone to take ownership and treat a guest with basic courtesy. Not replying is what makes this feel so disrespectful.

We really enjoyed the Royal Beach Hotel in Tel Aviv, from the check-in service, the pleasant pool, the room service that made sure to go between the rooms and ask if anything was missing, the breakfast was excellent, of course we will come again to stay, recommended

I stayed in Tel Aviv this past week. Cut my trip short because I had no sleep in the 5 days I stayed in Royal Beach. Let’s start with the positive, the staff is great and professional. They are really trying. Rooms and hotel looks great from the surface. Breakfast is very good. I wrote to the hotel that I have extreme allergies to dust prior to arrival well I guess not much they can do. I was waking up sick each morning, I had the executive room with balcony opening the balcony door didn’t help stutter is construction next door with dust etc. I ended up buying a $230 air purifier for the room. I cut my stay short and still waiting for the refund . The hotel really needs to turn around ! For the itunes they charge they need to do more

Nous revenons regularly au Royal Beach de Tel-Aviv, et ce n'est pas par hasard. The hotel remains a very beautiful address, with a pleasant setting, an excellent location and an overall high level of service. But ce qui fait veritablement la différence pour nous, c'est la qualité humaine de l'accueil. Un immense merci à Bianca, Alexandra, Princesse, et surtout à Yves, qui gère son équipe exécutive comme un veritable maestro. Toujours attentif, disponible, élégant dans sa façon de gérer les situations et incredibly professional, il sait faire en sorte que l’on se sente realement considération. Son équipe est à son image, et c’est très clearly l’une des principales raisons pour quelquences nous continue à choisir le Royal Beach lors de nos séjours à Tel-Aviv. S'il fallait apporter une petite nuance, nous avons parfois le sentiment, notably during les périodes de vacances, que certaines choses sont un peu trop enfraudres ou contrôlées. Lorsqu'on vient se détendre, on apprècie aussi une certaine liberté et cette sensation de pouvoir simply profiter sans avoir l'impression d'être constantly surveillé. Cela reste nevertheless une très belle adresse, et surtout un hôtel où certain personnes savent encore donner tout son sens au mot hospitalityité. Yves is probably the best example. He is always attentive, available, elegant in the way he handles situations, and incredibly professional. He has a real talent for making guests feel genuinely valued. His team reflects the same standards, and this is clearly one of the main reasons why we continue to choose the Royal Beach whenever we stay in Tel Aviv. If we had to mention one small reservation, it would be that during holiday periods, some aspects can sometimes feel a little too structured or controlled. When you come to relax, you also appreciate a certain sense of freedom and the ability to simply enjoy your stay without feeling constantly monitored. That said, it remains a very beautiful hotel and, above all, a place where certain people still give real meaning to the word hospitality. Yves is probably the best example of that.
