Rooms are small as stated but unique designs with mirrors made it feel more spacious, everything also seemed new so that made the stay a lot more comfortable. The staff are very friendly and did everything they could to help whenever we needed. It is also situated in a very central location providing easy access to amenities such as laundromat which is right across the street. The only thing I’d say needs improvement is possibly communication skills as staff lacked ability to speak English at all. But I guess we are in Japan right xD arigato guzaimas

The hotel service is bad . They lie about services they provide on booking . There is no baggage storage . Room size to small to open suitcase inside .

The water pressure in the shower alone was worth the stay. The room was relatively sized to US hotels. The decor is over the top but I liked it. The only downside was that it was a smoking room, so returning to the room was smelly for a few minutes. Otherwise it was a great location for us.

This was my first time here, and it was truly outrageous. I will absolutely never consider staying at this hotel again. 1. They completely don't understand Chinese, and their English is completely incomprehensible. 2. We informed them that we needed more time, but the hotel arbitrarily increased the time, raising the cost to over 20,000 yen. (We informed them that we needed more time, and the front desk said we could extend by three hours. When we said we needed to extend by three hours, it turned into needing to extend for a whole night???) They were using a translator to discuss things with us the whole time, turning a three-hour extension into a full-night extension???

It's reasonably priced and a relaxing place to stay. If you want to take a long, relaxing bath together, the room on the 7th floor is recommended 😊😊😊 If the 7th floor is available, that's my only choice. The most expensive room can accommodate up to four people at the same time.

GET THE VIP SUITE! IT'S AMAZING! We had an incredible stay, the gentleman at the front desk delivered outstanding customer service in English. He helped us contact a train station that we had left our bag at the day before. The location of this hotel is unbeatable. Walking distance to Shinjuku station and within a block of Eagle Club, Dragon Men, Kingdom, and Absorb. 5/5 So good!

Title: Yoshi-san, you are the best! I stayed here from December 26th to 30th, 2025. This hotel is located in the heart of the nightlife district, but the "treasure" of this hotel is Yoshi-san, the morning staff member! Yoshi-san's hospitality and problem-solving skills are truly outstanding. Honestly, I was more impressed than I was at a famous 5-star chain hotel. I asked him for advice on disposing of my old suitcase, one of the most difficult issues travelers face, and he was so kind and helpful. I wanted to express my gratitude, so I prepared a tip in a cute envelope and repeatedly asked him to use it for my coffee...but he flatly refused (lol). I fought for several minutes, trying to get him to accept it, but I lost! 😂 I've never found a hotel with such wonderful staff. Thank you so much, Yoshi-san. The next time I come to Shinjuku, I'll choose this hotel so I can meet Yoshi-san again! I stayed here from Dec 26–30, 2025. Even though the hotel is located in the heart of the nightlife district, the absolute highlight of my trip was Mr. Yoshi, the morning staff member. His attentiveness and willingness to help were next-level—honestly better than what you’d get at those big-name 5-star hotels! I had a tough time figuring out how to dispose of an old suitcase (a traveler’s nightmare), and he handled it like a pro. I tried to thank him with a small tip in a nice envelope, insisting it was just "for coffee," but he politely refused every single time. We went back and forth for several minutes, but I failed my mission to tip him! LOL 😂 Huge thanks to Mr. Yoshi. The hotel is so lucky to have him. If I come back to stay here again, he is definitely the main reason!
