TONES OSAKA

Great hotel! Great location! Loved the coffee and juice in the lobby. One suggestion: put silent floor glides on the chairs in the lobby. We stayed in the room next to the lobby and were woken by people shuffling the chairs every morning at 7am. Couldn’t hear any conversations, just people moving chairs. Updated to 5 stars because of the thoughtful reply.

Very nice hotel, great location right in the heart of things. 10 minutes from the train station. It depends on where you want to go. The only downside is that the windows are single-glazed and it's very noisy outside, so you can hear almost everything.

Tones is in a great location, close to trains, shopping and restaurants. The rooms are clean, modern and a good size. The bar offers a range of cocktails, beers and sake. There is a small food menu to choose from. Tones offers a breakfast of coffee, juices and pastries. Baggage forwarding is offered through a third party to your next destination.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Everyone speaks English, which made communication with them much easier. The rooms were large, very nice, and clean. I will definitely return next time.

A perfect hotel for visiting Osaka.

Very good hotel in a great location. Modern, clean, and excellent value. Only the breakfast is minimal: bread and tea/coffee.

A truly stylish boutique hotel in superb location & with great service. Room size is great with thoughtful amenities. I enjoyed my morning coffee, bread and wonderful music in the jazzy lounge setting in my short, 3-night stay. If I may the only thing is the noise, which wasn’t actually too bad for a light sleeper like me, as was able to get by with the earplugs. Highly recommend.

Larger than I expected. Nice room. Clean bathroom. Not far from the shuttle bus to the airport.

Amazing cute boutique hotel near the station but close to everything in Osaka. Staff very well trained and very very helpful, room cleaned and spacious, but the cherry on the cake was the most cuties and very top quality breakfast; only few little types of breads and scones but so delicious and unexpectedly appreciated!Thank you guys, we will be back .

The hotel staff were very helpful, the location was great, and the room size was decent. The only thing to complain about was the breakfast. They only offered a variety of breads and butter, and that was it… not even a salad or protein shake! 🤣
