BodyBreath! is a men-only gay cruising venue, a sex-on-premises space of the kind called a hatten-ba in Japan. It's in the basement of the New Banshu Building at Shinjuku 5-2-1, a short walk east of Ni-chōme near Shinjuku-Gyoenmae station. It's one of the larger venues of its type in Tokyo and is reported to be open long hours and to admit foreigners. Google rates it 3.4 from about 150 reviews. Rules on entry, age and dress code (some nights or areas have a short-hair or underwear policy) are strict, so read them at the door. Bring your own condoms and keep valuables in the locker.

Not welcoming if you have slightly longer hair. I actually got access there on Friday but they wouldn’t allow me to come in on Saturday cause I have slightly longer hair. For some reason they accepted me on Friday cause they needed the money but on Saturday they wouldn’t and enforced their weird rules then. It’s clearly a money thing. I would completely avoid and go somewhere else as tourist. Not worth your time.
