Some restaurants have a good reputation for inheriting this gene, but the makers of Chigasaki's soul food, meat soba, are amazing. I can understand his disciple's desire to build on the flavors here and add his own, but I still get the impression that something extra has been added. The difference in "the underlying strength of the first generation" can be seen in the soup, fried rice, dumplings, and other dishes that cannot be fooled. The fried rice here is the best in Chigasaki Oroka Shonan. It's worth visiting this restaurant when you're returning from France. Perhaps we shouldn't go to Kita Chigasaki anymore.
