Had the most comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff there are so welcoming, you feel at home. Very neat and this is coming from a clean freak person. All our requests and maintenance were handled quickly and efficiently. Special thanks to Chadi, Maya and Celine on the front desk who made our life easier. Elie and Sayf for being so welcoming and friendly. Sumud and Omayya for handling all the cleaning services perfectly. Chadi the head of security for being so nice and assuring. Ali and Nassif who were responsible for keeping our cars safe and secure. Marwa for being the best manager! Always a pleasure staying at your place❤️
Had such a wonderful experience, the staff is super friendly, the location is close to everything in Beirut, would absolutely recommend.
