Park Inn by Radisson Davao

Very good experience, all round. From the pick up at the airport, check in at the hotel. Room standard was very good and the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The proximity to the SM Mall is very good. We will visit again

Stayed 2 nights. Not sure how this hotel ranks so high - for the prices - except for the proximity to SM. Upon check-in, after given my card keys, was informed of the in-house construction. The letter in the room explaining the construction said 9:30 am they would start, but they started at 8:30 am, both mornings. Outside my window, there is also a massive construction project. The hallway noise in the morning with other guests and staff slamming doors, talking loudly - again in the morning, was 2 bad nights of sleep. I really don't understand the mentality in the PH of putting people close to one another, when the hotel is not crowded. So many places do that to their guests. Terrible. The food in the resto was not good. Pad Thai, the chicken was tough as shoe leather. The pool bar is a joke, an afterthought. There are nearly no alcohol and drinks there. The bartender didn't want to open the only bottle of gin they had because it was their display model. Daft. They don't even have coasters for drinks so as soon as they place your drink on the hot, stone counter top, the heat begins warming your drink. Pathetic. The other time I tried to visit, the staff went and hid in the kitchen because they didn't know how to make a gin and tonic 😂 I just left after waiting 10 minutes. The TV in the room is like 22" or something. Super old and you can barely hear the sound. Garbage. These rooms are not cheap. I was wanting comfort and some decent luxury and was willing to pay for it bit the beat part of this place is the Japanese sushi place just accross at SM. Great sushi and whiskey highballs. Great service also. The staff here at Park Inn are very nice and this os no compaint against them. I just had higher expectations for what I was paying from Radisson. Davao is not Cebu City and of you are used to the quality in Cebu, you will not find it in Davao.

Arrived at 3PM, have been waiting for 40 minutes and counting to get room key. Given my arrival time that is well past the check-out time of the previous tenant, the wait time is absurd - never had this long wait happen anywhere else. Stay away

The hotek is just next to a large mall and hospital. Perfect place to stay when shopping.

We recently stayed at Park Inn by Radisson Davao for more than 10 nights and were really happy with our experience. The biggest highlight was the staff. Everyone was consistently warm, friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made a long stay very comfortable. Our room was kept clean and tidy throughout the stay, and housekeeping did a great job. Overall, the hotel has a very positive atmosphere and we felt well looked after. Breakfast being included was a great bonus, with some enjoyable hot food options each morning. A small area for improvement would be the bread and pastries section, as these were often chewy or seemed stale. There were also a couple of minor room issues that didn’t impact our overall experience enough to lower the rating. The bathroom tiles had some mould visible in the grout and silicone, and there were never quite enough towels left for the number of guests in the room, although staff were always quick to assist when asked. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent service, and we would happily return. 5 stars.

The hotel is very nice and helpful Location is good since it’s behind SM Lanang,but it requires you a bit of a walk to go to the main road if you want to commute or walk around. The service is top notch,from the front desk concerns to the room services and cleaning. Rooms is really nice but a bit dated. I don’t mind dated stuff as long as it works and doesn’t bother my stay. The Washroom area is very nice as well. They have a water station every floor so bottled water is not really a concern in our trip since we fill our water jugs before we go out.. it saved some money for us. The morning buffet was good,I really loved the chocolate hot drink offered to us.. you can ask the staff for some bacon as well.. They have a pool in the 2nd floor if you feel not going out. Don’t be surprised if there are lots of people in the morning,since they have some rooms for conference. Our overall experience is good made better by the staff.

I stayed overnight from March 16–17, 2026 in Room 705. This was my second time staying in Davao (my first visit was back in 2025). The newly renovated room was clean, fresh, and the hot water pressure was excellent. Davao is generally a safe place, which made the stay even more comfortable. The hotel, Park Inn, has a convenient connecting bridge to SM malls, giving easy access to a wide choice of restaurants and shops. The concierge, Ms. Julia and Sir David, were very accommodating. Check-in was smooth, and I was able to arrange a late check-out without any trouble.
