Yugen Wellness Spa

Great massage. Well maintained facility.

Sadly ending my relationship with this spa. Bastos yung therapist dahil nagmayabang pa dahil nag iba ang decision ko for my choice of therapist barely 5 min from the time i came in. And yet management did nothing about it. Apart from that me mga attitude they think theyre better than the customer.

Not too crowded and no groups of gays roaming around and hunting at the steam room (some individuals does but is timid compared to the likes of Alpha and Infinity Spa), so definitely not a place for cruisers. That is what I appreciate about Yugen, you go here for decent massage and not for fun. Facility is small but complete with toiletries, they have body spray, mouth wash, disposable toothbrush and some hair products. They are generous with towels and robes too. Massage quality is good! Free iced tea, water and some cookies at the locker area (but maybe they can improve on this, cookies/biscuits seems old and saw some small roaches at the bar area). But overall experience is very pleasant.

It was my first visit at this spa and the assigned therapist cut time 20 minutes ahead. Instead of getting 100 minutes for sports massage, he just rendered 80 minutes. The receptionist was polite and yet the management did not do any action to address my issue.
