A huge thank you to Yunshuo, Shengkai, Xiankai, and all the colleagues on the night shift!!! You made it a wonderful Halloween for us 🎃 Thank you for all the emotional support you gave us 🥰🥰🥰🥰

We dressed up as Haidilao staff for Halloween and were so lucky to find such a friendly group of employees who were incredibly accommodating and attentive to all our needs! Especially Yunshuo, who served our table! Her service was gentle, fast, and she was so pretty! 😍 There was also Shengkai, the employee who led us to the next table celebrating a birthday, and Xiankai, the noodle chef who even taught us noodle-making techniques. The female employee who took our group photo and the male employee who lent us his name tag props were also great fun! The food was, of course, delicious—and the service was superb! Thank you so much! ❤️❤️

I happened to be dining here during a birthday celebration. The waitress, Xu Naifang, was extremely attentive and helpful, always looking out for our needs. She even thoughtfully hand-drew a birthday card on the spot – truly commendable!
