Mybed Ratchada Bangkok hotel

👎🏻 🤮 Terrible! So bad! This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Months have passed, and I've finally decided to write this review. It was absolutely awful, and I'll never forget it. The room was old and noisy, there were creepy people, and to make matters worse, the staff were completely unhelpful! It was terrifying! It felt like throwing money down the drain because the experience was truly awful.

I booked my hotel through Trip.com. Everything seemed normal at check-in, but a very unsettling situation arose after entering the room. While my friend and I were chatting in the room, we noticed a strange man loitering near the door, seemingly observing the room. His behavior was highly unusual, making us feel scared and uncomfortable, severely impacting our sense of security. Even worse, between 5 and 6 a.m. the following morning, someone tried to open my door. The doorknob was turned, clearly indicating an attempt to enter the room. From that moment on, I was unable to rest peacefully and had serious concerns about my personal safety. Based on these safety concerns, I reported the issue to the front desk, and the hotel agreed to move us to another room. I thought the situation would improve, but upon returning to the new room that evening, I discovered the air conditioner was broken and completely unusable. In the sweltering heat, it was almost impossible to sleep. My two-day stay was a terrible experience: The first room had a major security issue with suspicious individuals loitering and someone trying to open the door; after changing rooms, there was equipment malfunction, indicating serious problems with the hotel's security management and basic facility maintenance. Such accommodation quality and security are unacceptable, and I do not recommend this hotel to other travelers. I do not recommend this place for solo male business travelers, as things may not be as simple as you think. I only realized after escaping that this place had become a dating haven for certain groups.

Located near Union Mall, the MRT, and a 7-Eleven. The staff were very helpful, both the cleaning staff and the front desk (extra pillows were provided upon request). However, the room wasn't very soundproof, and outside noise from the street and the floor below was noticeable (the room was on the second floor with a window). The bedroom was quite narrow, and the lighting wasn't evenly distributed. The bathroom had a good separation of wet and dry zones. The best part was the incredibly strong water pressure! The air conditioner's swing function made some noise. There was a TV with Netflix, YouTube, and internet access. A mini-fridge and a kettle with two bottles of water were also provided.

It's convenient to get into the city, right next to Lat Phrao MRT station.

Just making a note of it. I stayed in Zone B for two nights, not consecutively. It was quite lively in the middle of the night.

The place is good for a quick stay..

I booked a room via Line, and the admin confirmed my booking, mentioning that check-in was at 2 PM. However, when I arrived, the staff said my booking was not completed because no payment had been made. I checked the Line messages again, and the admin had already acknowledged my booking without asking for payment. As a result, I had to wait an extra hour for the room while they cleaned it. The room itself was small, poorly ventilated, and located on a busy main road, making it noisy. Unfortunately, the staff’s service did not meet my expectations for a hotel advertised as 4 stars review in google. Overall, the unclear communication and lack of proper service made my experience disappointing.

The accommodation doesn't have car parking. The rooms are good, new, and the location is excellent, perfect for those traveling without a car. However, we had a car, which caused problems. We called beforehand to inquire about parking, and the staff said there was. Upon arrival, we circled around several times looking for a parking spot but couldn't find one. We called the hotel using the same number three times, but no one answered. On the fourth call, they finally answered and said there was no parking and we had to park in the MRT parking garage. When we checked in, we told the staff, "The previous guest said there was parking," and the staff asked, "Didn't they tell you that they meant street parking, not parking inside the building?" We felt this was an inappropriate response. We also asked why they weren't answering the phone, but received no explanation. We believe the staff's communication skills are poor. Everything else was great.
