Explorar Koh Samui

This was my second time at Explorar. Did not disappoint at all! It's a beautiful environment to be in with loads to offer. Beaches are clean, staff are beautiful and attentive as well as efficient if you need anything at all. Atmosphere is calm. There were alot of people when we were there but weirdly you don't notice ....still peaceful. Breakfast buffet sensational as it food in general. Take advantage of Happy Hour, great value. The only thing I could suggest is that compared to last time we went there were alot of 'themed' restaurant nights which we felt we couldn't eat enough to warrant the set menu price. What we did was have a meal off menu later in day or order into our rooms. Otherwise everything was fantastic! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We can’t recommend staying here more. The staff are amazing, the location is great and the food is delicious. The bar staff, pool team and the restaurant staff are all so happy and welcoming. We also did a Thai cooking class, which was great. A delicious recipe that was easy to follow and so flavourful. Belinda and chef Farm were cheerful and helpful. A great experience. Not to mention the exercise classes. They think of everything. This is our second visit, we love it so much.

Amazing location, hotel and especially the staff. Nothing was too much for them, they were super helpful. All organised events we did with them like spa treatments or cooking classes were fantastic. 100% recommend.

Just had the most magical 8 nights at Explorar, Koh Samui. We booked through Luxury Escapes, which included an all-inclusive holiday. The resort is impressive; quiet, great location, beautiful scenery, beautiful rooms but most of all, the staff. The staff working at this resort are 10/10. The chef personally came to meet with me to ensure I was fully looked after as a vegan. The food was incredible. The resort staff make sure that every day is perfect and you can fully relax and enjoy your vacation. Special shout out to DeeDee, she is so incredibly attentive. The male staff were super friendly and ensured there was a great vibe at every moment. We enjoyed the cooking class & I loved the yoga session on the roof. My husband was satisfied with the gym equipment and could get daily workouts in. We can not wait to return next year for another vacation in paradise.

The welcome was incredibly warm right from check-in: we were greeted with a fresh coconut and a traditional welcome necklace. You arrive and immediately slip into vacation mode. The entire resort and the gym are impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean – absolutely top-notch! It exudes a wonderful tranquility, perfect for relaxation, and all the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. On top of that, the view is simply breathtaking. We'd also like to highlight the complimentary classes on offer: whether it's a pizza-making course, a cocktail-making class, or a Thai cooking class – it's all great fun, and you get to enjoy your creations right afterward. They even offer Muay Thai (Thai boxing)! During our stay, there was construction work on the beach. The hotel handled it perfectly: we received a letter of apology in our room immediately. The construction was also very quiet; we hardly noticed it at all. For us, everything was perfect, and we would love to come back!

Great place. Enjoyed the cooking classes a lot especially with Mac and Min the pizza classes were good fun! They took great care that we were vegetarian. Happy with the place and people

We spent our honeymoon at the Explorar Koh Samui and had a wonderful time. Our Garden Pool Villa with its private pool was perfect for enjoying peace and privacy. The hotel is adults only (16+), which creates a very relaxed atmosphere. The beachfront location is especially lovely. The large pool and pool bar are also open late, so you can unwind in the evenings. Breakfast offered a wide selection every day, and the food was delicious. Thank you for the fantastic two weeks – we would love to come back!

We are here now and it’s a great hotel for the money. The best thing - no kids making noise around the pool! Service is topnotch, all the staff are super-friendly and attentive. The bed was very comfortable and the food was varied and delicious, two of the most important factors for me when I stay somewhere. Added bonus is the Co-Working area where we were able to watch the late night World Cup games, the staff were kind enough to arrange that. We also enjoyed the pizza making class and will try the spa later. So full marks to the Explorar, we will definitely return in the future. Oh I almost forgot to add, the breakfast is probably the best we’ve ever had in any hotel!

Harry's master-class mixology was excellent, lots of fun 😄 😀 good time had by all

NID gave me a wonderful pedicure. I almost fell asleep it was so relaxing.
