Nice hotel in gay center of pattaya jomtien complex

We cancelled our booking at another hotel after a friend strongly recommended we try this place. We decided to give it a chance and stayed for two nights. These are simply our personal opinions based on our experience. The Pros 1.The room was relatively spacious, clean, and comfortable. 2.The location is excellent if you want to be close to the beach. 3.Good value for money. 4.The breakfast was very good. 5.The complimentary cabaret show was entertaining, and the performers were talented. The Cons 1. The welcome and overall hospitality We understand that the hotel is run efficiently, and it was the low season. In fact, we believe we may have been the only guests staying there. When we arrived, the manager ( we presumed he's the manager) checked us in, handed us the key, and that was it. There was no welcome, no smile, and no attempt to make us feel like valued guests. We weren't expecting anything over the top—even a simple smile or "Welcome, enjoy your stay" would have made a big difference. During the two days we were there, we saw the manager several times, yet we were never acknowledged. That was probably the biggest disappointment for us. The hotel itself was fine, but the overall experience felt strangely cold and unwelcoming. 2. The spiral staircase We stayed on the fourth floor. As you step out of the elevator, there is a spiral staircase only about two feet away. We found ourselves having to be quite careful every time we exited the lift, as it could pose a safety risk if someone wasn't paying attention. 3. The use of flames during the cabaret show We genuinely enjoyed the cabaret performance and thought the cast was excellent. However, we questioned the use of open flames as part of some acts. Given the recent bar fire in Bangkok, it made us feel a little uneasy, especially since our room was directly upstairs. While I'm sure safety measures are in place, it was something that stood out to us. Overall Overall, we understand that you generally get what you pay for, and the hotel offers good value in terms of its rooms, location, breakfast, and entertainment. Our comments are simply observations from our stay and are shared in the hope that they may help improve the guest experience.

Spent 10 nights here in June 2026 and it was superb. Great room, spacious and excellent air con which was a huge plus. Great breakfast options and excellent entertainment. Staff are fabulous. Thank you for a truly excellent stay.
