I give it a perfect 10 out of 10, no deductions. I'm impressed. It's beautiful, spacious, has a great atmosphere, excellent service, is clean, peaceful, and the food is delicious.

The rooms are clean, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is great, located by the river with fresh air. There's a ferry service to the floating market. The staff are lovely and provide excellent service.

The atmosphere is great, giving a warm feeling. Especially the 5-star service. The staff are all smiling, cheerful, and attentive. The rooms are new, clean, and spacious. The pillows and mattresses are soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. There's also a smart TV. There's a riverside restaurant, and you can cross over to Don Wai Floating Market, which is a hub for food. Overall, it exceeded my expectations.

The service staff was good, but I'd give the room 2 stars. Breakfast is also 2 stars. The room is a bit small, the bathroom is very cramped. The air conditioning is good, it's quite cold, but the blanket is very thin and stiff. I've never encountered a blanket like that. The room smell isn't very good either. The price isn't exactly cheap. The curtains are thin, letting in so much light that it was hard to sleep. We were two women and, encountering curtains like that, we were scared. There were ants while we slept and cockroaches on the bed in the morning. It was a terrible experience. I didn't expect this. Please, I hope the management will pay attention to this and fix it. 😥 I have to give an honest review.
