The Yorkshire Patong

The staff was excellent, and the pool was great too. Unfortunately, the rooms were in very poor condition. Everything was outdated, the pillows weren't clean, and the whole room smelled strongly of sewage – plus there was mold; it was almost impossible to breathe. The gym, on the other hand, was very good.

Our stay was short, however, we experience a one of a kind hospitality. We were taken good care of by the staff. The guy who assisted us upon check in and check out ( I didnt get the name) is the hero! Thank you.

An excellent stay. Great staff, super pool area. Rooms are fine. Shower hot and powerful. Right in the nightlife. Some noise but I expected it and it didn't bother me. Excellent value and would definitely stay again.

A good location, with nice restaurant , bar and swimmingpool, rooms are nice and clean, Ghia and her staff are friendly, helpfull and always have time for a talk, so its very awesome.

Always friendly staff, especially morning and night front staff, being greeted by name and a pleasant smile and attitude makes thus my 3rd stay in 2 yrs. Gym is full size, sauna, pool and restaurant with guest discount makes this place a smart choice for my weekly stays while in Phuket. Rooms are always kept clean and comfortable beds. Front desk offer laundry service comparable to outside vendors. Front desk cheerfully offer any help with locating certain areas of interest for me. Best smile and warm greetings were staff members "Ghie" & "Anne"...thank you lady's for making my stay most enjoyable.

The rooms are small but work if you are only going to be there for a few days, very good location and very nice staff, very positive that they have a gym and pool and the location is incredibly good, you don't hear any music from outside either which is a big plus in the end

It was ok, the fact that he hotel is in some meters away from the beach and from bangla is great. But thats the only good point. The rooms shown on the pictures are not equal as in real live. Our booking couldnt get cancelled as we got told that it was booked via expedia. Such a lame reason. Never again.

I felt very comfortable in this hotel! The staff was simply wonderful – incredibly friendly, warm, and always helpful. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. While the rooms are a bit dated and could use some updating, the great atmosphere and the fantastic team more than make up for it. I will definitely be back!

I don't know if this hotel has changed owners or if it's still owned by the original owners, the Gibson family. I've spoken with their daughter, Erica Gibson, who suddenly disappeared. I'd like to know if she's okay, and I want to say that I miss you very much, Benz.

The room with the window was fantastic, the welcome was warm, and the staff very friendly. The location is close to everything: Patong Beach, shopping centers, and the famous Bangla Road. Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or solo, you can easily explore Phuket Island from this hotel.
