Other services were good, the rooms were spacious and clean. Fully equipped.

I booked one night but ended up staying two more nights. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious. It was a bit noisy due to the construction site next door, but they stopped completely at noon and in the evening, so I could still sleep comfortably. I will continue to support this hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay at Urban Alley. It is conveniently located close to most places of interest and is very budget friendly.

The hotel service was excellent, I will definitely come back next month.

So lovely! I stayed for 6 nights while I was sick, they upgraded me to a beautiful room with windows and a huge bed, everything is super clean and the staff are SO sweet! Defo recommend, it was a great rest away from the hostels for a while !!

Such a friendly owner and staff, we needed a bath before departing towards home, and we could use a fully cleaned room for a low orice to take a bath. She even gave us candy before we took a taxi towards the airport🥰😌

My experience at this hotel was disappointing. The owner seemed overly intrusive, asking unnecessary questions that made the stay uncomfortable. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like my privacy wasn’t respected. Additionally, the staff—particularly one lady—came across as quite rude and unprofessional in her behavior and tone. Simple requests were met with irritation rather than courtesy. Overall, the lack of professionalism and respect for guests made this a poor experience, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
