We attended the curator-led tour of the "United by Queerness" exhibition – a delightful and very entertaining evening. Since the exhibition itself is rather small, I would highly recommend this tour, as you receive a lot of additional information through Marco Schreuder's various anecdotes.

The staff in the library and archive are incredibly kind and very helpful in finding the right material!

I think it's outrageous to pay 14 euros for entry just to get to the post office stand, located 5 meters behind the ticket counter, for a first-day-of-issue stamp of the new crypto stamp.

My visit to QWIEN was eye-opening, enriching, and interesting. It's a warm and welcoming place :) Right when I bought my ticket, they explained where to find the exhibition spaces. The exhibitions are designed with great care and are very informative. After visiting the exhibition, I browsed through some queer literature and took two books home with me. It's also really easy to become a member there ;) (Spoiler alert: I don't know anyone at QWIEN personally; I'm just very impressed by what this organization does and want to support their important work.)

QWIEN is a wonderful place for queer culture and cultural history. The current exhibition, "Making History," commemorates queer life since the Middle Ages—presented with great care and clarity. QWIEN also offers a library and an archive dedicated to queer life. The staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is very relaxed. A truly important safe space and place of remembrance. I felt very much at home. Thank you!
