Eleven Hotel Baku

Worth staying in as the price is decent but there are things to compromise...

The most wonderful hotel my husband and I have ever stayed at. A very clean, quiet, two-room suite. The cleaning was top-notch. Everyone at the reception speaks Russian. Special thanks to Ali and Davud at the reception. They are wonderful and very responsive. Everything was top-notch. We were very pleased. If we return to Baku, we will only stay at this hotel!

We stayed here for 10 nights, very clean facilities, delicious breakfast. Ali from reception, the best man will guide you and help you in every need. Looking forward to revisit ELEVEN HOTEL BAKU. Greetings from Germany

My family and I stayed in Baku for five nights. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the beds and linens were clean, and the location was good. The breakfast was filling and of good quality. The dining and breakfast area was nice. It's a hotel suitable for families. It's a very good hotel for the price; we booked through Hotels.com and were very satisfied

Normally I would rate this hotel with 3 stars however the checkout experience has changed that perspective. We were supposed to get a taxi arranged by the hotel at 6 AM on Saturday (which I PAID for during checkin!!). Waking up early… Arriving at reception before 6, we waited. And waited… waited… and waited. At 6:10 I went asking first time, “2 moments please”…. At 6:20 AM I am asking second time , same answer. We experienced 3 people at reception desk during our 2 nights stay here, two spoke understandable English, this one not at all. … finally, we packed and left to catch a Bold - which came in 3 minutes and was super comfy, great new car (the taxi hotel arranged for us when arriving was an old dirty Kia). Plus Bold was 2/3 of the hotel taxi price (ok, I overpaid even more since second ride never happened….) Not taking the Bold, I have the feeling we would be still sitting at the reception and listen to “2 moments” even now…😂 Otherwise the hotel is ok, good location, rooms ok (average but spaceous, ours stank after channels/toilette). Breakfast ok and the other two more competent employees nice. But obviously, no one will see us here again.

High-class hotel. Excellent room service. Pleasant breakfast. Quiet music. Nice clerks, especially David and his partner, they help with recommendations for places to go and give a local perspective. I really enjoyed it. I happened to watch a wedding in the area, it was an amazing experience.

I have never felt so at home on any of my travels. I especially want to thank Mr. Davut; he helped us with everything. Also, all the staff were very attentive, the hotel is very clean, and it's in a central location. Everything is within walking distance. I definitely recommend it.

You can definitely stay here. It's been renovated, the staff are very attentive, and the beds are comfortable and clean... I especially want to thank Davut and the other staff for their helpfulness.

Great hotel for exploring Baku, conveniently located. Rooms are okay, bed comfortable. It's just very warm, but that's the case everywhere in Baku.
