Terrible experience. The main problem was a relatively tall man with glasses and black hair working at reception. His behavior was shockingly rude and aggressive. When I told him I had been trapped in the elevator for several minutes without air, instead of apologizing he coldly said: “but now it works” and closed the door in my face. Later, after I had to change rooms three times because the air conditioning didn’t work, he shouted at me in the middle of the night to “leave the hotel” – without offering any refund, without any solution. How can a guest feel safe in such a place? When you book a hotel, you expect respect, security, and support from the staff – not aggression and hostility. If a receptionist can scream at a guest in the middle of the night after all these problems, where is the safety? Who should the guest turn to for help? The management is just as weak: they don’t even know which rooms have working AC, so you waste time changing room after room. I booked with parking included, but on arrival I was simply told the parking was full and had to park outside. This experience left such a bitter memory that although I came to Brussels for a holiday, I was so upset and disappointed that I didn’t even visit the city. Instead, I left the next morning and went back to Bruges – a city full of kind and welcoming people. Strongly not recommended
I had a terrible experience at the hotel, I was stuck in Brussels for one night and had to find a room for my family of 3. Turns out, this option lit on Booking.Com then, when i went there, they told me that it was just not available for all three of us--just two of us--we were a party of three people. So I had to go search for another room for myself at 2am. Turns out, when my mother and my aunt arrived in the room I had book there were 3 beds instead of just two! When my aunt came to ask why they let me go when there was a possibility of having three beds, there was only 2 on the machine. The man was extremely rude. The hotel is well located, the rooms are comfortable, but the staff is really not hospitable.
We stayed in March. The girl receptionist was friendly and kind. The room was spacious with large windows, however, several items in the room and bathroom require replacement because they were quate used. The room felt slightly cool, while the bathroom was comfortably warm. There is a really nice hairdryer in the bathroom. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee. The TV was difficult to turn on. There is no outdoor smoking area. Overall, I recommend this hotel; it offers good value for the price.
Absolutely nice hotel, rooms are spacious and clean, well looking rooms, good breakfast for a bit extra, friendly and helpful staff. Don’t suggest yourself with this 3 stars. Just one small minus its bit far from centre of town, but good money for night compensated that
Very good service and clean. The staff were really nice and able to speak fluent english. The room is big and the bathroom is spacious and clean. only one thing to recommend for improving is the wifi connection. Sometimes, it lose its connection. However, a few sec, the wifi started working again and it was also fast. Very recommend this hotel for people who like to live in a safe place which you can connect to the brand shops around there.
