Agora Brussels Grand Place Hotel

Very neat and tidy.Good location-close to the station.

The location is unbeatable for exploring Brussels on foot. The three reception staff we encountered were wonderful—the two men and the woman—all speaking Spanish, which is always appreciated, and providing very friendly service. We were traveling with a stroller, and since there's no elevator on the ground floor, they kindly offered to store it for us without any problem, saving us from having to carry it. The rooms were clean and quiet. Cribs are available.

I loved staying at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the Grand Place and very close to Brussels Central Station. It's a very comfortable hotel and ideal as a central base, especially for exploring Brussels and nearby cities like Ghent, Antwerp, and Bruges. Note that the stairs are narrow and there's no elevator to the first floor, but the reception staff are happy to help you up, especially if you're traveling with elderly guests. A very good hotel!

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Gentleman at the desk, Roman(I believe)was very helpful at getting us checked in early. The hotel is in the perfect location in regards to anything you will want to see in Brussels (tourist attractions). Stones throw from Central Station as well. It was very quiet at night and in the morning when we opened our windows, the smell of waffles filled the air. I will suggest locking any valuable in a safe downstairs. I wish they had them built into the rooms for convenience. Other than that, we felt welcomed. Everyone at the front desk was incredibly helpful with directions and food recommendations, etc.

The hotel's location is excellent, very central and perfect for exploring Brussels on foot. The service was simply impeccable. The young woman who greeted us was very friendly from the start; she spoke excellent Spanish, which made communication much easier. She also explained the hotel's location in detail and recommended several places we could visit in the city. The service was very attentive throughout our stay. They even helped us carry our luggage upstairs and allowed us to leave it at the hotel after check-out, which was a great help in continuing to explore the city at our leisure. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the room had a lovely view. When we were leaving, the same young woman also explained how to get to the train station and even gave us the train schedules. It's definitely a place I would recommend without hesitation. An excellent experience in Brussels.

I was so happy that they took the trouble to carry my luggage right up to my room. The room was spacious too!!!

Located in a bustling area of ​​Brussels, the location is superb for sightseeing. The hotel building is over 300 years old, so it only has a small freight elevator for luggage, making it unsuitable for people with mobility issues. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though the soundproofing is slightly lacking. The front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming. The price is reasonable, and overall, it's highly recommended. While the hotel doesn't have a restaurant, there are plenty of eateries nearby, so meals aren't a problem.

We took a long trip across Europe and our welcome was exceptional, by far the best of all the hotels we stayed in. The kindness and professionalism of the receptionist, along with her helpful advice, allowed us to get our trip off to a great start. The hotel is very well located and the rooms are clean.

The location is exceptional, right in the heart of the historic center. Very close to the Grand Place and just steps from the Central Station, from where you can easily reach the airport and Bruges or Ghent. The staff is very friendly, especially the lovely Eva, who speaks perfect Spanish. Thank you, Eva, for making us feel so comfortable! They stored our luggage after check-out because our flight was late. We would definitely return.
