Hotel Evergreen

Not good but certainly not bad either, just a standard hotel breakfast with a cheese sandwich and coffee.

I think this is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. I'll start with the outside: no parking, everything costs money. Then, I won't even go into the details of the reception, which was very poorly maintained. We entered the room to an unbearable sewage smell, a clogged sink filled with dirty water, ceiling lights so thin you could hear the neighbors two rooms away having sex, mold on the bathroom ceiling, a toilet filthy like a public restroom, broken lights, and cracked walls. I don't know if I was there for the weekend or if I was on Survivor.

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel after an experience that bordered on complete disrespect for its guests. From the moment you enter, you're greeted by a very strong odor, clearly reminiscent of people who haven't washed. This immediately sets the tone for the overall level of cleanliness of the establishment. Upon arriving in the room, the disappointment intensifies: • A very unpleasant sewer smell pervades the space, making the stay almost unbearable. • It's obvious that the room wasn't checked before our arrival. • We found paper wrappers on the floor, evidence of sloppy, if not nonexistent, cleaning. • The sheets had clearly not been changed, a serious oversight in an establishment meant to welcome the public. Under these conditions, it's impossible to feel comfortable, let alone enjoy a peaceful stay. The general lack of hygiene is alarming and demonstrates a complete absence of management and professionalism.

A scandalous hotel, dirty, smelly, indecent, and overpriced. Never again, highly discouraged.

The mattress was full of stains, and when we asked at reception they said it was our fault. There was too much noise at night, and the guy at reception had no experience in the hotel industry—he was still a child. Avoid this place; it was a nightmare. I didn't sleep a wink for four nights.

The staff member who works the afternoon shift, a tall man with glasses and a hunched back, is really disrespectful. When you ask for something, he pretends not to hear and then tells you it was me who broke it, always busy on his phone. I don't recommend them; you pay to figure things out on your own and there's no solution. He talks with his hands, too aggressively.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely useless; I was truly disappointed. Avoid the service at all costs. The rooms were infested with bedbugs. If you really want health problems, visit this hotel. The staff are aggressive and extremely rude, especially the tall, racist Chinese man who wears glasses.
