Poor service and lack of respect in the restaurant

€10 per person for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, for two people that's €40 round trip 😕

Very nice double room, clean and comfortable

Main Issue is that they charge 10 euros per way for the shuttel. I called and asked for the service assuming It was included after paying over 150 euros for a very normal room... And they charged me extra 20 euros (10 euros per way).

We had a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed. Upon entering, I immediately noticed that the sofa bed was completely sagging. My daughters kept rolling towards each other, and moreover, the bed creaked with every movement. I even considered just putting the mattress on the floor. So, we hardly slept. The rest of the room was okay. The location is excellent, and the drive to the airport went smoothly. It was convenient that we were allowed to leave our car in the parking lot.

The hotel is very well located near Charleroi airport. The welcome was pleasant and friendly, the young and dynamic team was lovely, the room was nice, and they offered a shuttle to the airport. The only slight drawback was that the food wasn't great.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel before our flight from Charleroi Airport. The location is ideal for anyone travelling from Charleroi, as the hotel is extremely close to the airport. The Park, Sleep & Fly package offers excellent value for money. Our car was safely parked at the hotel for four days, including the overnight stay and the shuttle transfer to and from the terminal. This was very convenient, especially since we did not have to walk through bad weather with our luggage. The shuttle service was excellent both ways, mainly thanks to the very friendly and pleasant driver who made the transfers enjoyable. Check-in was smooth and the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room itself was clean, spacious and fully met our expectations. We also appreciated that the bar stayed open until around 11 PM and offered a nice selection of Belgian specialty beers. If we fly from Charleroi again in the future, we would definitely choose this hotel again.

Nothing to complain about except that it's a very good airport hotel with quality service. A decent breakfast is available for €19, it's a shame they ran out of scrambled eggs by 9:30 am.
