The Usual Brussels

An amazing experience! The rooms are great, spacious and very well kept. The staff were very professional so generous with their time and advising us where to go for drinks, food and tourist spots. The location of the hotel is very accessible for taxis and walking distance into the main town. The hotel experience was a major highlight of our trip :-)

The Usual is a great hotel on so many levels, especially the staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, hard-working and attentive to this traveler's needs. I stayed in two different rooms and they were both were quiet, clean, fresh, and well-maintained, with enough outlets to charge the gadgets we all have. The restaurant and bar were great for breakfast and a small bite. The only caveat is new hotel designers: It seems to have eluded them that a guest may actually want to hang up a jacket or a shirt on a hanger that lets them hang freely. Not everyone travels only with jeans and knits. Every room must have a desk - I had one without one! But again, all the people at The Usual was wonderful and made up for this small complaint. I would stay there again!

Had a fantastic stay at The Usual Brussels. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was very clean, and the breakfast delicious. The service was outstanding and everyone was incredibly nice. I will definitely be back here again!

Great two nights stay at this hotel. Easy and quick self check-in and check-out, but the staff is helpful is you need assistance. The room was everything I wanted. The location is an easy 10 minute walk from the main central parts of Brussels. In the other direction it is also just a 10 minute walk to Brussel-Noord. Very convenient.

Comfy beds, great AC, good location, friendly staff, quiet. The perfect hotel to explore the city for a few days and come back to a comfortable night's rest.

Quiet and close to everything, i had a great stay.

I had a really pleasant stay at The Usual Brussels. The hotel was modern, clean, and felt very safe and comfortable for a solo traveler. The room even though small was cozy and well-designed, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very relaxed and welcoming. The location was also convenient for exploring Brussels on foot.
