Newly renovated room, bathroom, clean, kitchen ware quite complete, stove, etc. I'm also satisfied with the spacious room.

Unfortunately, zero stars isn't an option; the rooms are infested with mold, everything is dirty, and you find belongings left behind by previous tenants under the bedsheets.

Simple but clean, very good value for money. Allows for a level of independence that hotels don't offer.

Downstairs the domotica, DOES NOT WORK. It's very cold in the rooms, with only 1 small electrical heating stove below the window. The staff is unfriendly. It's labeled as a 'holiday place', ...if this is holiday, then I'm Albert Einstein. They complain about noise, that I need to pay 150€ fine for, while they are working in the building. This is a very very bad, and expensive experience. I advice to avoid this place. Up to you.

Stayed a couple of times with friends for short trips, basic rooms but clean and affordable. One towel for several days, real budget.

I stayed a few days in a four-person apartment. The apartment could definitely have been cleaner; the bathtub, for example, was covered in brown stains. Overall, the apartment gave a very shabby impression. The kitchen faucet was completely loose, and the cheap construction of the toaster made me uneasy about the fire hazard. The day before my departure, the light in the main room also went out. A bed on the raised platform was positioned parallel to the railing, but this made the bed higher, leaving the person sleeping on it completely unprotected. This meant they could have fallen approximately three meters while sleeping. The bathroom door also couldn't be locked. At least the old town was just a few minutes' walk away. Overall, I cannot recommend this apartment, and you should look for alternatives.

Been there several times, cozy atmosphere. The only downside is that the rooms are never completely clean (doors/windows and places people would never pay attention to).

We book a specific type of room, in the web was better than it was in reality, the furniture were old and it was quite dirty, don’t trust the photos at all. Despite that the other things were ok.

It was my first time ever cleaning a floor with soap! The bedroom was so dusty, and I ended up cleaning it all by myself. I really hope the owner realizes the place needs more thorough attention to cleanliness.
