Great owners, very friendly, spacious and well-maintained rooms, great breakfast, would definitely stay again!!

What a lovely B&B! Annick is a fantastic hostess, and that's reflected in every aspect of your stay: breakfast, rooms, coffee, and tea. The rooms are exceptionally spacious and comfortable. The only downside is the less-than-stable Wi-Fi, but we were happy to accept that. This place is definitely high on our list of places we'd like to return to!

We spent two nights at the accommodation for a family celebration. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. Everything was very clean, there was parking at the house, and the breakfast was lovely. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We felt very well taken care of. For us, it was the perfect location for a celebration in Lier.

A B&B like you've always dreamed of. Very quiet, very clean, spacious room with a TV offering French and Belgian French-language channels. Excellent breakfast. Easy and free parking for the car, secure bike storage for a guesthouse located 3 km from Lier. Add to that the kindness of the owners and the thoughtful touches every day (coffee, tea, fruit, sweets), and you'll have a wonderful stay. A highly recommended B&B 👍🏻

Excellent Bed & Breakfast: very friendly, everything was impeccable, a comprehensive and well-prepared breakfast with fresh fruit and eggs prepared to order. Had a wonderful night's sleep: quiet location, comfortable bed, and ample blackout. Private parking, and there's also space to store your bicycles inside.

4 night stay. The room was clean and spacious, and the generous breakfast perfectly reflects how thoughtful the guests are. Annick and Herman did everything to make us feel comfortable, it was a real pleasure staying at this B&B. Thank you !
