Worst service They hung up on us and didn't pick up the phone after that... I don't want to write anything else really 0 stars

Good for the money but has a lot of issues like not enought equipment or windows without a seal so you hear noise all night long. Bedsheets were full of dust and i encountered 2 cockroach-like bugs in the appartment. At least it had A/C and fuctioning stove and oven

Stay away from this hotel!! The rooms is nothing like in the pictures, there were bugs all over the bed and sheets!! The stuff are rude and not helpful and i had to relocate to another hotel! If you value your money spend it on another hotel believe me. This was one of my worsts stays at anywhere and i travel a lot.! Shame on this place!!

Terrible Experience !! Avoid This Place. This apartment hotel was a complete disappointment. The service was terrible, and the staff were rude and not helpful at all. Every time I asked for something, they ignored me or answered in a bad way. The room itself was in awful condition: There were bedbugs in the beds!! The walls were peeling, And there was a strong smell of mold everywhere!! Everything was dirty, like no one cleaned the room before I arrived. On top of that, there was no hot water, and the staff didn’t care and didn’t try to fix it. This was honestly one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed in. I do not recommend this place to anyone. There are many better options in Larnaca — this one should be avoided.
